What helps us reply faster
Include your country or city if the question is about plugs, voltage, or shipping. For technical questions, a short photo of your wall and where you plan to mount the bracket is often enough for clear advice.
- Orders: order number if you already bought through the shop.
- Mounting: wall type (plasterboard, brick, concrete) and approximate height of your bed headboard.
- Press: publication name, deadline, and whether you need high-resolution pack shots.
